Doctor Of Dental Surgery (D.D.S)
Dr. Mercedes Leoncio, D.D.S.
Dr. Mercedes Leoncio was born and raised in the Bay Area. She attended college at the University of the Pacific Stockton campus in the advanced pre-dental program. During her time at Pacific, Dr. Leoncio served as President of the tri-Beta, the National Biological Honors Society and earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree, graduating Cum Laude. She then went on to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. During her time at the Dental School, she served as President of the Delta Sigma Delta Fraternity. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Southern Alameda County Dental Society, California Center for Advanced Dental Studies and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. Dr. Leoncio is a Silver-tier Invisalign Provider and a FastBraces Affiliate. She enjoys serving at the the Union City Pacific Clinic in their annual "Give Kids a Smile" event. In her free time, Dr. Leoncio enjoys playing volleyball, cooking, spending quality time with her family and going to sporting events (Go Niners, Go Dubs, Go A's!!).

Thao Le, D.D.S.
Dr. Le attended the University of California Berkeley, graduating with a BA in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2004. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2008 in New York and subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at the West Los Angeles Veteran Administration in 2009.
Upon completion of his General Practice Residency, he pursued a three-year specialty training in Endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Le has served as the clinical instructor preparing students for their national licensing dental board exam in Endodontics while at Harvard. In 2012 he received a certificate in Endodontics and also received his Masters in Medical Sciences, he was the Chief resident from 2011-2012. The faculty at Harvard awarded him with the prestigious Henry Shaw Award for his research given to only one post-graduate student.
Dr. Le subsequently was accepted into a highly coveted two-year implant fellowship at Harvard and was awarded the American Association of Implant Dentistry for Outstanding Graduate Student in 2014. He is only a handful of specialists who hold both certificates of Endodontics and Implantology in the country, the first from Harvard.
Dr. Le is a Board Eligible specialist member of the American Association of Endodontists, a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, International Team of Implantology, and Academy of Osseointegration. His charitable work includes clinical outreach locally and in Vietnam.
During his free time, Dr. Le enjoys many activities outside the office that include golfing, biking, jogging, tennis, and sports fishing.

Dr. Shadi Boutros, D.D.S. M.D. M.S.
Dr. Boutros completed his dental training at the University of California San Francisco in 2006, graduating with high honors. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, he dedicated 2 years to molecular biology research in the field of Oral Cancer. His efforts culminated in a Master’s degree (MS) inoral and craniofacial sciences from the University of California San Francisco in 2008.
Dr. Boutros commenced his specialty training in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2008. His medical training was completed atKeck School of Medicine at USC, leading to a Medical Doctor (MD) degree. He completed his general surgery internship at Keck Medical Center at USC and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC.
Dr. Boutros is a California licensed dentist and physician practicing in Northern California. His interests are anesthesia; dental extractions, dental implant surgery and bone grafting, repair of facial traumatic injuries and removal of cysts and benign tumors of the jaws.
